Agreement

By creating an account or using WebURLTracker, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service on behalf of a company, you confirm you can bind that company.

The service

WebURLTracker lets you monitor web pages for changes, store captures and diffs, and send alerts. Features and limits depend on your plan. We may change features over time; we will not silently remove core monitoring without notice where we can avoid it.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping login credentials secure. Invite only people who should see your workspace data.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep billing contacts current if you are on a paid plan.

Acceptable use

You may only monitor URLs you are allowed to access. Do not use the service to:

• Break the law, scrape personal data you have no right to process, or harass others.
• Attack, overload, or probe systems you do not own or operate.
• Bypass paywalls, authentication, or technical access controls without permission.
• Monitor private or internal network addresses (our workers block those targets).
• Resell raw capture output as a competing monitoring API without a written agreement.

Your content

You keep rights to the URLs you choose and to content you upload or configure. You grant us a limited license to process that material solely to provide the service (capture, store, diff, alert, support).

You confirm you have the rights needed to monitor those pages and to send extracts from Local checks.

Plans, billing, and trials

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown at signup or in Settings. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we state otherwise in writing.

If payment fails, we may pause paid features after notice. Free tier limits apply when no paid plan is active.

Availability

We aim for reliable checks, but the internet and third-party sites fail. We do not guarantee that every check succeeds, that every change is detected, or that alerts arrive instantly. Use WebURLTracker as an aid, not as the only control for safety-critical or compliance-critical processes unless you have validated it for that use.

Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WEBURLTRACKER DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for unpaid invoices, abuse, or material breach of these Terms.

Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after the updated date means you accept the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires a different process.
